What draw me to call, was the website of all those friendly faces. When I spoke to Jesse he was friendly, helpful and willing to take a look at my printer. He was able to clear the error message and return the printer to me within a few days. The best of their service, to my surprise, I received a followup call as to how the printer was working, Unfortunately, the quality of print was not good. But Jesse was willing to walk me through, over the phone, to correct it. I plan on returning his call this week and take him up on his offer.
