He was able to clear the error message and return the printer to me within a few days. The best of their service, to my surprise, I received a followup call as to how the printer was working, Unfortunately, the quality of print was not good. But Jesse was willing to walk me through, over the phone, to correct it. I plan on returning his call this week and take him up on his offer.
