I have a canon printer with an error message that I could not clear. I searched for someone to help, but could not find anyone in my immediate area. I search the internet and found NetEFFx. What draw me to call, was the website of all those friendly faces. When I spoke to Jesse he was friendly, helpful and willing to take a look at my printer. He was able to clear the error message and return the printer to me within a few days. The best of their service, to my surprise, I received a followup call as to how the printer was working, Unfortunately, the quality of print was not good. But Jesse was willing to walk me through, over the phone, to correct it. I plan on returning his call this week and take him up on his offer. If anyone asked, I would recommend NetEFFx in a heart beat. Wonder service and professionalism. Josephine

And he completed his work remotely, never having to visit my office, which perhaps contributed to a surprisingly low fee, which I gladly paid, considering the months-long headache he so quickly cleared up for me!
